I HAVE A HIGH CEILING? CAN I CUSTOMIZE THE LENGTH OF THE RODS OR THE LENGTH OF THE CORD?
If the height of the ceiling is very high, you need to confirm the length of the rods, cord, and chain with our customer service.
If you do not know the specific extension, you can measure the height of the ceiling and send it to us.
We will help you ask our experienced designers and give you some advises according to the measurements.
Note: Normally we will provide 120 inches long rods/cords/chains for customers who have high ceiling. If you need longer.

HOW TO HANG ON A VAULTED CEILING?
We will prepare special fittings for the vaulted ceiling, can solve the hanging problem very well.
Because of the special hanging ring, the accessories can be installed in the vaulted ceiling, we have many customers install the lighting through this way. it will be very simple.
DO YOU REPLACE PARTS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING FREE OF CHARGE?
Yes, we will give you free replacement parts if there is a defect in shipping or manufacturing. But you need to provide some photos and videos to prove the product is faulty.
