What is the Lead Time

We offer free shipping on all orders. Estimated Delivery = Processing Time + Transit Time.

  • Processing Time:
    Standard items: 3–7 business days
    Complex / oversized items: 7–15 business days
  • Transit Time:
    Items under 30": 6–12 business days
    Items over 30": Sea freight (4–6 weeks)
  • If your project is urgent, expedited options are available for an additional fee.

Note - Important !!!

Large items (30"+) ship by sea freight with a 4–6 week delivery time.
Delivery dates are estimates and may vary by carrier.
Orders cannot be canceled or have the shipping address changed once submitted.

Order & Tracking

You will receive an order confirmation email after checkout.

A shipping email with tracking will be sent once your order leaves the warehouse (tracking activates within 24 hours).

Use the tracking number on the carrier’s website for updates.

What parts of the product can be customized?


A: We support customization in size, finish, materials, light source, color temperature, and mounting details, depending on the product.

Q: Can I see drawings or samples before production?

A: Samples are provided free of charge. Shipping typically costs around $50, but this fee can be deducted from your order once a purchase is confirmed.

Customization Process

Step 1: Copy the SKU of the product you would like to customize.

Step 2: Email the SKU to our support team and use the subject line: CUSTOMIZATION REQUEST – [SKU_Number].

Step 3: Our sales team will follow up with you within 12 hours to discuss your customization requirements and next steps.
